RETURNS
Returns for new, unused products are accepted within 30 days of purchase on all domestic orders. Processing may take up to 10 business days after we receive the returned item, business days are Monday-Friday and exclude holidays. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
RETURN PROCESS
- Initiate your return through the Returns Center.
- Choose between using a prepaid $9.99 shipping label (deducted from your refund) or arranging your own shipping.
- Securely pack items in original packaging with proof of purchase.
- Attach the shipping label and drop off at the appropriate location.
SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS
- Custom Items: Custom stringing and Warrior custom helmets are final sale. Cascade helmets can be returned, but will incur a $35 restocking fee.
- Field Supplies: Items like goals, rebounders, balls, creases, and nets are ineligible for return shipping labels.
- Team Store Purchases: All items are custom and final sale.
- Footwear: Must be returned in the undamaged, original branded box placed within another box. Worn shoes are not returnable.
- International Orders: Lax.com does not process returns on international orders; international orders are final sale.
- Mouth Guards are final sale if the package has been opened.
- Water bottles and protective cups are final sale.
EXCHANGES
Product exchanges aren't available. Please return the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired product.
WARRANTIES
Lax.com is proud to be an Authorized Dealer for the brands we sell online and at our retail stores. Buying from an authorized dealer allows your equipment to be covered under the brand's limited warranty. Each product's limited warranty period is specified on the manufacturer's website/packaging.
