The battle for the 2018 FHSAA Lacrosse state championship was held at Boca Raton high school and featured the Jupiter Warriors taking in Bishop Moore. With both teams pulling off upsets to reach the final, with schools were looking to capture their first lacrosse state championship. Led by senior Denver Aranda, the Warriors from Jupiter defeated Bishop Moore 11-8, becoming the first public school lacrosse team to win a state title since the Florida High School Athletic Association sanctioned the sport in 2007.
